Could anyone advise if this sword is worth upgrading.. its damage always must have some value , but not too sure its worthy of max mods.. any advise on this sword will be well recieved.

I think its a great sword, the -5 energy is the best penalty for always damage, and the 12% is fantastic for someone who wants a fell and can't afford +15, but nows that the two numbers are much closer than most think, and wants to save a lot of money. I wouldn't be surprized, as a fell, if it can't get 35 to 50K. I would put cheap but exceptionally effective mods (defense, vampiric) because this is an item for a smart shopper who also has a sense of style.

Yeah thats me, i think +5 armor, and mabye lengthens cripple duration would be good to add, since i like those, and I wanna buy this.
